The Honors Residence Hall includes 200 beds with semi-private suites of 2 bedrooms with a shared living space that includes a kitchenette and living area. Legends Residence Hall includes 300 beds. both colleges have common spaces which include game rooms, computer labs, TV rooms and study rooms. the Honors Residence Hall includes a Learning Center for special events. The UNT campus insoles 52 academic buildings and 10 residence halls.
To minimize the floor to floor heights of the building and to accommodate the mechanical systems, the building super-structures were designed and constructed with post tensioned concrete flat plate. The rectangular concrete columns were oriented to accommodate the architectural finishes, and were founded on deep, straight sided drilled piers.
