Rogers Moore Engineers, LLC provided structural and civil engineering design and construction administration services for the new addition to Reed Arena at Texas A&M University. The state-of-the-art basketball practice facility is the home for both Men's and Women's teams. located on and adjoining the South side of Redd Arena, the three-story facility provides separate facilities for both teams, including offices, court-and-a-half practice courts, locker rooms, malt-media rooms, player lounges and training facilities, including a weight room.
The structural floor system for the expansion includes cast-in-place concrete beams, slabs, and pan joists. Roof structure consists of steel deck on long-span steel joists.
