K. Elaine Rogers is a founding principal of the firm, and as Principal-in-Charge, her primary responsibility is to ensure that a successful project is delivered to the client on time and within budget. Elaine has over 27 years of experience in the design of building structures. Her education background includes degrees in both Architecture and Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. She is a member of the ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), SEAoT (Structural Engineers Association of Texas), AEI (Architectural Engineering Institute), CRSI (Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute), and ACEC (American Council of Engineering Companies). Additionally, she is a certified LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council.
