Blanca joined the firm in 2009, and as Senior Project Manager, she directs and oversees the engineering activities of her team. She obtained a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, from the University of Texas in 1998. She is a resident expert for the firm’s engineering software, and has engineered such notable projects such as the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in Houston, Texas and Moody Gardens Phase V Conference Center in Galveston, Texas.
